Családanyaként és egészségtudatos emberként korábban sokszor  nekiláttam a konyhakertnek, de legtöbbször a munka és az egyéb otthoni teendők miatt én is feladtam – pedig annyira egyszerű. Ezért gyűjtöttem úgy egybe a tudnivalókat, hogy az alapok megértése után a kalendáriumi részben hónapról, hónapra segítséget kapsz a pontos teendőkről.
